This is basically me for expeditions. I always wait for 3am / 3pm JST.

Now that you mention it I didn't put attention to the clock, it all makes sense now.

For those not playing, they are doing PvP battles. You can fight against 5 admiral's first fleet teams twice per day. The changing or reset occurs at 3am and 3pm JST. So basically they avoided the Fubuki battle because of the game mechanic. Many admirals are accustomed put Akashi as flagship with 3 or 5 more ships in repair, some others are Orel cruising with subs (advantageous for winning with only destroyers) and some others set her waifu or two high leveled ships for an easier opposite team victory. This is the case here.

There are some that put two Lv1 ships and four Lv99+ more when not playing, but trolling is a totally different matter.
