Same here I've seen people say it but IMO they're just mindlessly parroting the "drrr sameface" meme without really thinking. It's like some people don't grasp the concept that a given artist often has a style, can you tell who drew her by how she looks? Sure, is that quote "sameface", no not really.

Some people don't understand the concept between drawing style and shamelessly using the same background with alternate hair layers. As I said before and IMHO, just like with Iowa the official art couldn't be in better hands.
Will have trait connection tag until an appearance connection tag can be made.
There's the look-alike tag, but I don't think it applies in this case.
There's also creator_connection, which I guess can be used for Kancolle images where the joke is that the characters in the image share the same game CG artist (similarly to the seiyuu_connection tag being used for when the joke is their shared voice actress e.g. post #2427607). I'm not sure that applies here either, and there's no artist commentary indicating that it's a Yoshinori joke.
