Actually, my vote also goes to RE4's Ashley Graham. Heather's trademark white vest is missing, and without it and from this... er... angle... the two wear very similar outfits. So no other proof + no white vest = not Heather IMO

This is definitely Heather Mason. It's pretty obvious this and post #85798 were done by the same guy, and if you look at all the skirts, the green plaid pleated skirt in the lower right clearly belongs to Ashley Graham. Heather is up top, with the same green denim skirt we see here, and those same freckles. Re-applying old tags.
