The view is from the front and not from above. So I'd say there is next to none perspective error (since there is no perspective involved) in this post but just a proportion error. Well, thats just my opinion^^'.

But this is a high-angle shot. The perspective is looking down from above, giving it that kind of perspective. The reason the head looks more evenly proportional is because of a distorted viewing angle.

I say the bad_perspective tag is valid reason.

I think the bad_perspective tag is valid here and also think this artwork is good enough to remain.
