The thing is she's not exactly a queen. At best she might be a noble woman of high standing.

Well, the Queen Elizabeth class are CLASSY... Implied by the name and so, every ship in that class gets a special treatment!

Though, then again, Warspite's just a noble level so... Yeah. But hey, at least they get the same treatment!

I wonder if he'll portray her similar to Katori, getting whipped with a riding crop while being talked down to with a haughty British accent. With how the real Warspite took a beating through two world wars and kept going perhaps he'll make her an M too.
