Yeah it is, Rem is the author's favorite character and he/she wants Subaru and Rem to be a thing. So they made a what-if story where Subaru ran off with Rem and started a family together and had 2 kids. Which honestly, is a great what-if story and I SERIOUSLY hope to god that in some way Subaru and Rem do become a couple in the official story.

This hurts so much to see after the last episode. Goddamnit Subaru, why u not choose best girl?
