What's the solid dark area to the right of Nagato's waist? It almost looks like the artist meant to draw her hair there and forgot to shade it.

seeing that theyre in swimwear,and to the right of mutsu it looks like a beach,its most likely the continuation of the sea. did need a second to figure it out

Yup, if you look closely the gray area to Nagatos left is supposed to be her hair. It goes behind Nagato but in front of Mutsu. Guess the artist forgot to color that in.
