The image quality looks fine enough. When this gets reposted on pixiv, we can just switch to that version instead.
There are some things in this image which don't sit well with me. First of all the shorts legs are of different lengths, the navel is in the wrong position, and her bikini top covers her quite oddly. Beyond that is general nitpick details which I only notice because the other things are so glaring to me.

I don't know, it looks a bit sketch-ish but I don't really find all those to be issues. The shorts are obviously squished up on the right side/her left, and her navel is probably there because of the twist on the torso. Bikini top looks fine. Really the biggest issue that I can see is actually the fingers on the left hand. Overall I really like this image, she looks great.
