Going by how they were talking about how they weren't attacked when they went to the beach before in swimwear, but were immediately attacked when in serafuku and rigging, the idea was to go in swimwear to see if they could sneak out of port.

... The problem being that everyone did something different, so there's both serafuku and rigging there, anyway.
