Don't know why iz has the music sign on it, but on twitter, there is also no sound.

Because this is a video file that it has a music sign on it. The triangle ones are animated pictures. This just happened to be one of those soundless video.

Trying clicking right mouse on the post's content, you'll see it's treated as a flash video. With other posts in animated tag with triangle on them, they are treated as images.
