Nope, at 0:30 (video above) as you see, KV-2 (152mm) has different reloading mechanism. Charges, and the projectiles. This mechanism just like naval ships gunnery. The projectiles need to load first, and then charges last. Not like other tanks which just putting single shells into gun breach.
