It does look a lot like this.

The long skirt that exposes the left leg, the short jacket that opens under the breasts, the color scheme... too much to be a coincidence, isn't it?

Although the artist didn't tag it as such in Pixiv.

It's just a black version of Ranpha's outfit.

Yeah it might be more like a crossover, like they took some of the elements of luka and put them on milfeulle... OR milfeulle just has this outfit anyway and it is a coincidence...

She should get her eyes checked...looks serious...
