Do is different than Use, practically the outfit doesn't make it completely Safe.
like rastamepas said, theres nothing sexual about the image. ya she's showing her underwear but even that doesn't feel sexual in the least. i won't fight the rating on this if it goes safe or questionable but i've seen far stronger sexual themes in safe images compared to this.
I agree in not discussing about this in two o more post, but is still valid more opinions and arguments about this. Looking for normal ballet outfits, compared to this, it feels like the artist wants to give an erotic-artistic impression about this image (Sideboob and the nearly revealed breast).
