The artist didn't say anything about original characters, but didn't tag them either.
But we can guess that the book-reading girl (creasent moon) is Patchouli and the blond is Marisa (star on her neckerchief)

I just go with Patchy und Marisa then^^.

Given the size of the bust I think that might be Yuugi, the star on the necktie thing being like the one on her horn. Also the lack of Marisa's usual side ponytail/braid, though that may just be out of frame over her shoulder or something.
