I never understood the appeal of a "used" girl. Same goes from the girls perspective of a guy who fucks around (literally). Like its some kind of sick ranking competition. I remember one girl talking about several guys she did it with, as if that was going to impress me or something. That's how you get cervical cancer. I like flirty girls, but not slutty ones. Save that stuff for the person you actually commit to.
Depends on their current goal. Talking to a "rival?" "I get so much more than you because I'm (somehow) better at attracting them than you." Talking to a "target?" "I'm much more experienced, so obviously I'm better at it."
Not saying that it ought to be attractive or not, just that that seems to generally be the logic behind it.

Ok, I guess that makes sense. I almost suspect that virgins tend to want to brag about experience they likely don't have, while those who are truly "experienced" hide their past. Kind amusing if that is true. Although the latter pisses me off to no end, where someone wants to fool around and then expect to eat their cake too by trying to get someone of higher moral character later on in life when they realize one-night-standers don't make a good husband/wife.
It doesn't help if the society is looking as virginity as a trophy instead of chastity. Might as well throw away that trophy status and evolve from prey into hunter. At very least, it will eliminate the guys who are only wanting her virginity with too much selfish expectations.
Probably the same thing as showing independence by throwing away the common expectation of their gender role (a closely guarded territory who take sex very seriously) and showing they are "freely embracing their sexuality" by having sex more casually like stereotype of player male.
10/10 Kumano getting some points on Suzuya for once instead of the other way around.

It's a lot of things.
A lot of it is that it's "cartoon" stuff so a lot of it is grossly exaggerated for humorous purposes (even if a girl responded to a tasteless question like that, she'd probably say something like 'a few' as opposed to some number).
Partially it's backlash against this idea that a girl has to be a virgin or she's "used goods" or that a girl has to be a virgin until marriage. Particularly the sort of sad thing that otaku have that a girl has to be a virgin or she's a slut and "not worth having sex with anyway" (not that do the otaku even if she was a slut).
Finally, it's the judging of girls by the same rules as boys. A girl is expected to be a player until she settles down. A girl who's still a virgin has something wrong with her, like she's living in a unrealistic fantasy world, is unattractive, or has emotional problem that prevents her from meeting people.
