If you click "no bump", the picture you just commented on won't show up on the first page of the Comments section of the site. It's considered good form to do this if you're commenting on something that's several years old, just like it's good form to not spam poorly written comments thrice on the same picture.

I recommend reading the rules and help section. Also, you should use a spell checker or at least make sure you're old enough to browse this site.
