After running Google/Bing Translate on the commentary, I can picture two scenarios:
1. Someone's tried to be smart and given her coffee and she's tipping it out. 2. She's trying to interrogate a spy (or someone else caught taking pantyshots) by using tea torture (instead of water). That would be painful if the tea was freshly brewed.
...Or something else. Without any clue apart from the steam of the tea/coffee splash and her shaded face, all I know is she's not happy.
