Going by previous works of kitsuneno this car is based on a real car, anybody knows if there's a tag for this one in particular?

I'm not much of a motor nerd (rather the opposite), but it might be a Fiat 508 (or also known as Balilla) Spider by the looks of it.

    Close; it's definitely a Fiat but I think it's a Topolino.

It's a Fiat 500 "Topolino", and it appears even in the last Lupin III series settled in Italy

Night battle? That'll never happen. Oh no, we're under attack, quick--jump overboard! Everyone who didn't jump overboard, drink all the wine!

-We went to war in Russia during winter with cardboard boots and summer uniforms.
-We went to war in the African desert with winter uniforms.
-We changed side during the war and the soldiers didn't know about It.

Let's not forget about the classic:
-One of us wanted to go to India and ended up in America!
-We wanted to build a tower... and it ended up leaning!

If you watch the movie "Mediterraneo" from 1991 You'll understand everything about us Italians.

... And never, ever believed he wasn't in India!

Now, you may say that's an example of "everything about us Italians," but it's we Americans who have a national holiday celebrating the life and work of this clown. :)
