Not too sure about this, but the girl on the faux-Starbucks logo seems to be Junko (energy tail and big hat). Would prefer if someone else could also verify this so I could tag Junko in.

Yup, zooming in on photoshop, it is definitely 100% Junko

This isn't America though. You can tell from the direction of the traffic.

If it was, then there would also be billboards advertising Deere tractors, Dr. Pepper, Maltesers, the Ford Motor Company, McDonald's and IBM all over, unless this isn't New York.
