Canon never state if her human half can feels what her ghost half feels though.

It's... kinda logical? That's literaly part of her, not some individual being just roped to her ass. Other problem is that ghost are immaterial, but that was broken by canon because it was shown that ghosts are easly catchable and can be used as coolers.

It's possible the net was made of shimenawa, to which a spirit can be "sealed" inside.
