So this is the present day still, just rewound a little to before Kongou confronted Ooi. I wonder why Kongou is getting so worked up, does she not know Haruna and Kirishima are among her rivals? What about her training Nagatsuki to be the Admiral's wife? Not to mention that if she's looking for her ultimate rival, she should probably first look at his other six wives. Sure, four of them are little girls and the other is Hiei, but Goya is very open and affectionate about her love, much like Kongou is.

Considering the age of DesDiv6, and Hiei being...Hiei, she probably doesn't see them as actual rivals, ring or no ring.

Not to mention that provisional marriage is not quite the same thing here as romantic devotion.

Considering that they all (besides real Hiei) happily swarmed the Admiral as fake Hieis at once for affection, while encouraging Hieiruna to act more aggressively, I guess Kongou thinks it's fine if it's her sisters, so long as she doesn't get left out.

Then there's that really adult vernivy.
