Sorry, I guess I should have phrased my question better. Rather than their personalities I was thinking more how both have a love for cute things. Kirari always hanging around and playing with the cute child idols just like Nagamon tries to be with the cute destroyer girls.
Like the above comic, if this was KanColl instead of IMCG, I can easily see Nagamon in place of Kirari in a train full of little Destroyers. And loving every minute of it.
