    Both of their class actually are Kuma class torpedo cruiser.

    I would, just on principle, because man did I ever loath them... my burning hate was ignited many moons again in NF and rekindled handily by WoWS. Remember kids, just say no to torpedo whores.

    Torpedos were nerfed apparently. Also rip kitakami your flooding will not be missed
