Just think how hard the Kinkou Medical Order have cut it out for them when the inevitable Taric rework arrives.

Considering scofa's previous treatment of Poppy in his many, many h-comic and occasional artworks, I can only comment two things:

1.- It was to be expected; there was NO way he was gonna miss this chance to poke fun at the long-overdue rework.
2.- Seeing him giving Poppy a well-deserved break and, overall, happiness is quite heartwarming.

That's effort my friend, great effort and dedication that makes the greatest professionals sweat blood and pride.

Somehow I don't think the box of spare parts warrants the 'when you see it' tag. The chart on the wall is pretty clear about the procedure.

Basically saying that in poppy's case it was SO bad, that they literally had to rebuild her from the ground up.

And from the looks of things they had a few close calls too.
