Another one of those hard-to-identify characters. Without clothes, all of Leiji Matsumoto's female characters look the same. My guess would be Yuki from Space Battleship Yamato.

I'd say "identical body syndrome" afflicts many modern produced anime as well, if only for the sake of ease of production.
