It was Shinmyoumaru-chan~
I tried using SpriteStudio! This was fun... The video was supposed to be 60 frames, but since it's about 30fps it got shortened somewhere, clearly. Anyway, I'm not sure about the limits of upload sizes for ugoira files... Those file sizes have a weird relation to frames and such... Admins, tell us the limits already!
