Otherwise, tele-spam stuff. Prolly an also make offensive use of teleports (tele explosives) and warping space that would make a (non-Epic) DnD Wizard weep.

Correction: not that they can't launch planes, they found out planes are useless and stop using them, as their planes don't have Klein field.

Not strictly useless, just not enough value for the effort. Plus, their Radar suites are good enough to supersede artillery spotting via plane.
