No translation yet, I've looked for one. Not even raws are out yet.
Why in the world, are the raws not being scanned? I mean, it's a bi monthly manga series. You'd think that a fellow Touhou fan, must have scanned the raws in japan, and sent them over seas right? I mean, it's been 6 months, the last translation of both touhou mangas, why in the world, is it taking so long, for the translation?

I searched for quite some time and have not found any raw the only thing I found was that the Chinese scans having a pair of chapters more advanced

1) The chapter with Aya was only released yesterday. 2) There's only one guy doing translations for the Touhouwiki.

As said, it was just released yesterday. Give it time.
However, no one is likely to find any public raws because they're sent directly to the main translator by Chinese scanlators. The best one can hope these days is a few preview images. Granted, I don't really look for them anymore, but this was one reason for their scarcity.
The chapters through 31 are translated (as is the latest WAHH), but just not finalized yet. That's why you aren't seeing them anywhere. He doesn't want them posted on manga readers or the wiki until complete.
