I sure hope so as that's where I'm diverting all funding to.

The pipe Reimu is holding isn't a kiseru, as the bowl is wooden, not made of metal, and is too large to be a kiseru besides. Furthermore, the stem of a kiseru is fairly straight, while the stem of this pipe is curved. It's a Western smoking-pipe.
