Despite this tagged android, I'm going to guess that this is a life sized doll, like a RealDoll and that this is to show off the joint movement and stuff.

Apparently it's an android as one pic has Nitori controlling it with an Occulus Rift style thing

If you look carefully the one that has Nitori is labeled Mk.II in the image's title. What internals you do see are also different from the one depicted for this one, as depicted in the sibling post.
