I don't know what exactly to do in this case (it's my first time uploading after all), so I'll just try to explain this issue here.
This version of the image is the original one uploaded by 針金紳士 in 6/14/2015. It looks like some time earlier this month, he edited his post on pixiv with a more censored version (as can be seen in the source, but can't really be proven, only assumed after looking at the most recent comments). I don't know what caused him to edit his upload, but I felt that the original version of it should be available somewhere, unless the artist is explicitly against this. In that case, then please feel free to delete this image.
It's an automated post that gets made on any image that doesn't match its linked Pixiv source. It's not saying that action is required, but that the two MD5 hashes don't match and is hinting a revision may be available for upload; if the revision "damages" the image, you don't have to upload it.
And just by-the-by, the comment tells you when the revision was made; apparently the day after you found it.
