The one in the center is Arato Hisako who made an impressive jump in popularity going from 14th to 5th and being the 3rd most popular female under Megumi and Erina overcoming both Nikumi and Alice. Though she only beat Alice by 1 point lol.

I'm not following the manga and, so far in the anime, Erina is a pretty weak and annoying character.
