I can't make head nor tail of what her right hand is supposed to be doing, probably an error.
Twirling her hair between her index and middle finger I think. Her dark color hair kind of makes it look like weirdly long negative space between the knuckles.
Her eyes are what get me though, as her right eye appears to be looking up into her skull; a very strange way of drawing half-closed eyes.
