Some of these are colorswapped palettes from PoDD and some repeated character, I recognize almost everyone... Except 74, that picture confuses me.

I think 74 is Mannosuke...

Can someone tell me who is in the pictures 25 and 77? I can't seem to find who it is. It looks like a character that is from a game with palette swaps, the picture 77 looks a bit like Yuuka, but afaik she doesn't look like this in PoFV and this picture seems to limit itself to characters till IN.

77 is Yuuka as she appears in Kioh Gyoku. She was a bonus unlockable character in that game.
