yeah i have to agree with emporer on this, Negi's pretty high up there with Konoka for Setsuna. she does appreciate them both in the same regard.

And by "appreciate" you mean "lusts after." In volume 19, there is a chart of the girls' relationships to him, and while you never see the full list, I do remember Setsuna being high up on the list.
