A little too hyper realistic honestly

Her eyelashes are too prominent. (Her eyes are too large for realistic, as well, although it's debatable whether that's something that should change with art styles or not.) Her blush is also in the wrong spot - it should not go above the cheekbones and into the eyelids. The eyebrows should also have at least a hint of the red color.

You're being a little hyper-critical there, boys. Just let it be; it's a good - actually great - digital painting.

Mascara and pencil, blush (the makeup kind), and hair dye.

Same here, for the record. Though, I can say the same for majority of uncanny_valley, perhaps I'm just not sensitive to it.

I don't find her creepy either. I think it's just the shading that is causing trouble. The level of shadow is unbalanced between the eyes and the rest of the face. A bit too much shadow on the actual eyes globes.
