Only reason I think for this is the fact Lincoln had his Gettysburg Address at... well Gettysburg, after the Battle of Gettysburg.

Other than that that about it which is not very good representation for Pennsylvania.

Now it was USS Illinois (BB-7) maybe or the canceled Iowa class USS Illinois (BB-65) or the submarine USS Illinois(SSN-786).

I'm fairly sure it this is depicting an Amish man. Not Lincoln, and as Lancaster is part of Pennsylvania, it is an accurate representation.
