Wait, Bismarck sank before Italy surrendered so she wouldn't have known but then again there is no other German battleship in Kancolle so it makes sense
Bismarck: Ach, noch ein Makaronifresser... Roma: Non voglio sentire nessun cazzo da una crucca. No... "Kartoffelfresser". Bismarck: Itaka! Spaghettifresser! Roma: Fascista! Nazista stronza! Bismarck: Ich bin kein Nazi!
Bismarck: Gah, another macaroni-muncher*... Roma: I don't want to hear any shit from a kraut. No... "potato-muncher*". Bismarck: Paisan*! Spaghetti-muncher*! Roma: Fascist! Nazi bitch! Bismarck: I am no Nazi!
(*Actual Italian and German insults for each other. Also, Itaka is the abbreviated form for italienischer Kamerad, or "Italian comrade", which became an insult due to sarcasm. In practice it has a meaning closer to "g***bah")

Um... the first insult Roma throws is rather imprecise... those are insults per se, but the phrase is senseless...
Well, yes, besides "nessuno" is akin to "no one", while the indeterminate "nothing" is best translated as "niente".
Actually, "cazzo" is the... er, thing itself, "cazzata" (plural "cazzate") is the concept of saying/doing something stupid or irritating or whatnot.
I admit, I got that line from the Italian dub of Pulp Fiction, where Jules' line ("I don't wanna hear about no motherfuckin' ifs!") was translated as «Non voglio sentire nessun cazzo di "se"»!

Was the mistake intentional?
The movie translation is correct but the two sentences are quite different... In the movie "cazzo" was more like a word that was there just to make understand better how much angry She (I suppose) was. In the Rome case "cazzata" is used differently, as a different word than "cazzo". I actually find strange that a Fascist ship (Roma) is calling a Nazist ship (Bismarck) Fascist as an insult... I mean Roma is the Fascist, not Bismarck XD.
Now that I think about it, in Naples we do actually say, every now and then, "Non voglio sentire un cazzo da te" so... It is not that wrong of a sentence, actually. It' just the double negative words that sound strange "Non voglio sentire alcun cazzo da Una crucca" is better, with alcun as "any" (I don't want to hear any bullsh*t from a German). But, as I said, it's more used in dialects than in actual Italian. (sorry for any English mistakes)

Ah, I see, thanks for the detailed explanation.

Meanwhile, Samuel Roberts is there to show Poi-chan the true meaning of being a badass. A true badass is respected even by their enemies.
(Instead of well, scoring your kills thanks to a misunderstanding with white flags and pissing off the other party into implementing a "take no quarter" policy.)

There's Johnston that began the first attack maneuver that ended with her mauled so bad while limping back to join with the CV's along with Hoel, the Benson Laffey that gave Hiei a very heavy slap and the Allen M Sumner Laffey that grit her teeth at flippin' kamikaze strikes.
if the US shipgirls reach the Admiral's base, Yuudachi's probably not gonna like Portland very much and vice versa.
Don't worry, they have their own common enemy worry, its not like they just suddenly jump out and tried to rip the lungs out of each other during their tearful reunions.

But I would pay to see that, but what I would really like to see is Enterprise meeting any of the fleet carriers
What about the Yorktown? Will they think they're seeing a ghost or a zombie?
Well she'd come with some serious damage control teams as standard. Probably a feature for her class considering the beating those three took and kept going in 1942.
This entire comment thread is hilarious in hindsight, given the latest ranking rewards (and implications of said ranking rewards). Oh, funded(!) as well.
