I'm not completely sure, but I think if someone has that red and white ribbon on their blouse AND the iron cross around their neck, that means they have both 1st and 2nd class ICs.

Her service record probably reads like a Sven Hassel novel. It's likely up there with his greats like "SS Death Bastard Regiment" and "SS Death Camp Criminal Battalion".

BTW, the "Iron Cross" around her neck isn't an Iron Cross. It's a Knight's Cross.
