A toasted BLT with some kind of cheese and olive slices minus the top slice of bread, would be my guess.

I'm more impressed by the dive fairies carrying that egg with an intact yolk.

Caprese with bacon and olives on toast.

Tomatoes, basil, olives and the cheese mostly likely is herb infused while the bacon is smoked. In essence it's the equivalent of a pizza with classic Italian combination!

it looks like a cappresse salad with bacon on bottom on a toast
