Nonna + Katyusha riding Hibiki cuz they're Russian girls.
Same as Darjeeling, she asked Hiei for Kongo cuz they're Engrish.

By the way, awesome CSS scripting there, Paracite.

Hiei was also built out of English supplied parts IIRC. Kirishima and Haruna were the only two of that class built entirely in Japan with Japanese parts and steel.
