The Original Korean servers(which some non-koreans play) is still going on. They just off other servers because as what they "Officialy" said. Also there are fan servers.
They want to concentrate on their own servers for a while before re-opening other servers. Whether or not they actually mean that is another thing.
Also there's the offiicial light novel and Manga to tide over those that can't play(or don't want to play the Korean servers)

Well I'm being rotting to read of recent english translated of the manga... Since there are no updates so far.
Well I dun mind playing in the korean server yet still...
So there is faint hope I will get to play it again, I will take it
I don't know the state of the japenese servers. But before the English servers got shut down. The admins stated that the user data would still be in their servers. So if/when the NA servers come back, everyone's old accounts should come back too.
But again, we don't know the validity to Korea's official response about other servers. For all we know, they could have been bullshitting and what they stated could be "Translated" as "We're shutting down other servers because we only want our main servers up, screw you guys".
