I don't know if we should translate basic german expressions like "danke". In my opinion they're known commonly enough to just leave them off. Also, it kills off the flavour to this sort of characters.
One more thing, it says "立波" there, but I think the artist meant it to be "立派", because "立波" doesn't make any sense in this context.

Yeah, better leave it and you can add a little note with "" to translate the meaning for those who don't know german.
