The Boss is a memorable character that was given real true respect, I believe it's the taboo-like persona of the character, She help USA they treat her like shit, she sacrifice her life to betray her country just to help them save face and was awarded a true patriot symbol to the ones who know she was a real american heroine. Yeah there's pornos of her exposing her boobs or being gangbang, but still there's respectable fanart just gotta look harder.

She and big boss and otacon are my top favorite.
