    This is a reference to the guest appearance of Otoufu's Fusou sisters in this comic, who do talk in such manner.

    The 30 or so images before this are all Akashi-centric single-panel-at-a-time things. Although Keo did up a bunch of earlier Hoppo-centric single panels as a single post, 30 images of this size would be unmanageable merged together, and I think that the admins might prefer it when they actually link to the proper post on pixiv. That said, fingers crossed that they actually get approved. :P

    Holy ballsacks, did you actually upload all 30 pages of it? God damn, that is awesome. I was hoping someone would do it, upload all of this, but didn't expect someone to go that far.
