I don't see the atago in this picture. I'm assuming that the person tagging this might have made a mistake with the outfit, because this is kancolle takao's uniform, not atago. I'll change it to takao, but correct me if im wrong.

Atago might be the ship. Aoki, the ship count as the character too. That's why some of the names are tagged even through you don't see the actual girls, like post #1750953 and post #1688937.
