That's clearly what she says, it's also Bukki above.

In Japanese she called her "Buki", the English version decided to localized it to "Bucky". I'm gonna stick with Buki/Bukki.

I dunno, watching, Kongou kind of waffled between Bukki and Bucky, kind of switching on a whim. I think both are fine, but the subs should better reflect when she does add on the English inflection.
