Actually not just Kongou, Haruna and Kirishima did too, but still Kongou did the major part.

Most fanon I've seen seems to portray her as reasonably capable of it, but they do often also give her something of a western palate meaning that what she makes isn't always to everyone taste, even if it's prepared correctly.

I see Kiyoshimo is tying to eat battleship sized food portions...
