It's a parody of the yearly no laughing game of Gaki no Tsukai. On every special during the past few years, pro-wrestler Masahiro Chono(played by the Hakurei Miko here) does a running gag every year where one of the comedians of the group gets put into a situation where he offends Chono leading to him giving said comedian with a slap. Said situation is often long and drawn out, leaving the other comedians to break into laughter, for which they get hit in the ass for laughing.
