Akebono is too tsundere to do anything but call her (or any other admiral) "kuso teitaku" no matter what, and then feel bad about it later, no matter what.

Calling admirals "Kuso Teitiku" is her way of showing her affection towards him. (And she is still calling me kuso teitoku in her New Year line!)

Some times the admiral deserve to be called as such though.

Only when she's smiling (like in post #1898607). Otherwise it's bound to upset Sakurako.
